In his 30 years with CBMM, Tadeu led a global strategy that grew the niobium market by over 8x through a rigorous program of customer-focused application and technology development.

Tadeu is the Lead 独立的 Director at Ivanhoe Mines and an invited lecturer at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at 麻省理工学院.

Stephan Broek

Stephan leads the engineering and research & development groups working to refine the Molten Oxide Electrolysis technology as the company moves toward the commercialization of its ground-breaking process to produce steel without carbon emissions.

Stephan brings three decades of experience in the global aluminum and steel industries, having held senior positions in world-class engineering and technical services companies. Prior to joining 信誉第一网投平台, he was a partner and technical director at Hatch Ltd for more than 18 years. 在那之前, Stephan worked for 12 years at Tata Steel Europe BV (the former Hoogovens Steel Company) in the engineering group of what today is Danieli Corus BV.

Prior to Triton, Natalie spent a decade as VP of Finance for companies in the Greater Boston area.

Guillaume leads the R&D and steel program teams at 信誉第一网投平台. As one of the earliest employees, Guillaume has been instrumental in growing the molten oxide electrolysis technology from the lab-scale to the industrial-scale.

Guillaume brings a decade of high temperature metallurgy experience with a focus on computational thermodynamics. He was previously a production manager in the aluminum industry with Alcan. Guillaume received his PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal and completed an 麻省理工学院 postdoc related to MOE.

Adam spent the last decade leading global business development for new technologies in the energy industry.

Vionx能源, a vanadium flow battery company, Adam led sales and developed multi-MW projects in partnership with Siemens and Starwood Energy.

Vionx之前, Adam was VP of Business 发展 at SustainX where he led first market partnerships in Korea and Japan and raised over $20M in equity from GE, Rockport, 北极星, 和其他人.

Greg has also led global sourcing and engineering design activities at Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, and Huntington Ingalls.
